RETURN POLICY

  • Exchanges and store credit will be offered within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
  • Items must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
  • Gift cards, jewelry, swimwear, intimates, face masks and sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
  • No price adjustments for previously purchased items.

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchases and your shopping experience. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@yougotswank.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged item and we will gladly work with you to resolve it.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-3 business days of the delivery of your return. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to examine the item and process your store credit.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Contact us at hello@yougotswank.com within 14 days of purchase to initiate the return process. To expedite your email, please list RETURN in the email subject line.

The packing slip for your return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to return. Additional items that are not listed on the return packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date received.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is received and processed.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Intimates and jewelry are considered a final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanged.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit.
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • We do not cover return shipping for international purchases, APO addresses and PO Box addresses.
